Empowering the Future Generations

S.T.I.C.S is an international artist collective with an ambition to empower teens and young adults around the world, by making them aware of the potential for social influence through artistic expression. This is done through workshops, interviews with international artists, radio & TV shows, music, spoken word and cultural events. As an international collective we have held various types of events and workshops around the world in places such as Beijing, Warsaw and London to name a few. Through out the years S.T.I.C.S has become internationally recognized through various accomplishments such as being nominated for the Best African Achievements Award, winning the Swedish championships in poetry slam and reaching a top five placement at the Scottish championships in spoken word.

S.T.I.C.S has been working with urban subcultures for more then 10 years, which has given us unique insight into reaching youths & young adults. With S.T.I.C.S you will be sure to have professional artists and consultants with the latest information about the latest trends, and social codes needed to successfully engage your audience.

Beyond the art of spoken word

Apart from having years of experience with performing around the world, S.T.I.C.S also have academic backgrounds within performance design, communication, media production, philosophy and linguistics.  Workshops can therefore be also tailored to your specific needs and involve various elements beyond spoken word, from inspirational talks on desired topics to more practically oriented workshops formed around media productions or a communication projects.
